A great way to start Hogmanay with a fun-filled Evening Ceilidh a night of dance and music with Twisty Willow in the Waipu Celtic Barn
Join us the next day for the 151st Waipu Highland Games.
A day to celebrate Scottish. Solo Piping, Solo Drumming, Highland Dancing, NZ Open Heavyweights, Fiddling and Tug of War Competitions.
Activities for the kids including running races and games.
Enjoy the sound of the Mass Band as they march into the main arena at lunchtime followed by a Mass Highland Fling.

Please Note there is a strict NO DOGS policy, we can not have dogs at the Highland Games for health and safety regulations and many other contributing factors. Please be aware of this before purchasing your tickets to avoid disappointment at the gate.
Highland Games Gate entry is a walk-in entry only no cars. Parking is available around Waipu township.
Highland Games Gate Entry Tickets and The Evening Ceilidh Tickets are sold separately. If you wish to attend both two different tickets need to be purchased.
