Weekends with Dad brings together Auckland's best-known and loved “father and son” comedy combo Coombe and Darran Lees and what’s better, this time the family are all back together as they are joined by Craig Westenberg (Best Newcomer NZ Comedy Guild Awards, Melbourne Comedy Festival) as special guest.
The show which has been deemed court-mandated (so you are legally obliged to check it out) will have you crying with laughter as the duo take you on their unique journeys as they finally let loose now that mums not around
Coombe (Jono and Ben, Family Feud, Shortland Street) and Darran (winner Carnival Cruise Comedy, New Zealand Comedy Guild Awards 2021 and 2022 for Best Online Production for the cult comedy podcast “The Podcrastinators”) are bringing their hour-long special to the Hop House for one night only.
