About the conference:

Violence and trauma have a profound impact on families.

Parent collective, Humans of Family Court Aotearoa is proud to present a line-up of local and international experts in trauma and victim support at four conferences this August.

Attend to understand how trauma affects parents and children and learn best practices when working with trauma victims.

The conferences are open to everyone, and we hope they will be of particular interest to parents/family members with experience of the Family Court, as well as professionals associated with Family Court services such as judges, lawyers, psychologists, medical practitioners, the Police, and Oranga Tamariki.

All conference attendees will receive a copy of the Indicative Trauma Impact Manual for Professionals book by Dr Jessica Taylor and Jaimi Shrive (included in the conference ticket price).
