Foundations course at Bottle Lake course 9-12
A beginners workshop for women looking to learn the basic mountain biking skills required on single tracks. We will cover body position, braking and cornering, giving you the skills and confidence to get out and practise on your local trails.
Intermediate course at Victoria Park 2-5pmExtend your single track mountain biking skills and confidence. A workshop for women with experience looking to take it to the next level. Suitable for riders who have previously attended a Wheel Woman course or have the experience and skills to ride grade 3 trails. We hone the skills learned in FUNdations and look more technical terrain.
