VENUE CHANGE: The venue for Yes, Minister with Chris Finlayson has BEEN CHANGED to the Kiwi Hall, 62 Bell Street, Featherston. All tickets are still valid for the event.

Chris Finlayson, a highly regarded senior member of John Key’s Cabinet, recounts the good years – and the not-so-good ones – in a life of politics. A respected Minister of Arts and Culture and an Attorney General who unwaveringly upheld the rule of law, Chris, as Minister for Treaty Negotiations, concluded an unprecedented number of Treaty of Waitangi settlements with iwi and hapū across Aotearoa New Zealand between 2008 and 2017. Chris will discuss his political “sketch” (as he calls it) with Featherston Booktown Chair Peter Biggs and expound his apologia pro vita sua.
