Celebrate and commemorate our shared identity in the spirit of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Te Anau Waitangi Charitable Trust, in partnership with Ngā Herenga Waka Kapa Haka, has curated this year's Te Anau Waitangi Day Festival Week programme to acknowledge an important day in our nation's history, Waitangi Day.

Our kaupapa is about building community through the creative arts, education, sharing kai and cross-cultural experiences. So, check out our fun-filled programme of events designed with our awesome community and manuhiri (visitors) in mind. We encourage everyone, from the young to the young at heart, to participate, learn and share together.
