2024 Whau Chinese New Year Festival

Whau Chinese New Year Festival 2024 promotes cultural diversity and cultural cohesion in the local community. This event promotes Chinese culture by presenting traditional Chinese singing and dancing performances, traditional dragon dance and lion dance; as well as cultural experiences. At the same time, this event respects and values other cultures by bringing multicultural performances and exhibitions. The event will have a selection of family entertainment and activities include face painting, balloon twisting, Chinese traditional paper cutting, write spring festival couplets etc.
