Learn about the Indigenous history of cacao and mushrooms and how these stories may relate to your own roots.

Join the cacao plus mushroom ceremony and be guided through practices to drop into your body and mind. This includes meditation, yoga for the nervous system, and integration methods to find meaning and connection from the realms of your imagination.

Leave the day with your own ceremonial plant medicine bundle so you can craft your own ritual at home.

This is not a psychedelic experience - however, we’ll prepare the body and mind to attune to journey within. You may feel the subtle effects of these (legal) plant medicines guiding you to being more in the flow of life.

About your host:
I'm a global tumbleweed woven from roots around the world.

Mexican and Vietnamese, born in United States, and a citizen of New Zealand.

A trauma-informed facilitator, plant medicine guide and blossoming curandera, yoga teacher and studio owner (Kanuka Yoga Space)

I’m passionate about creating spaces to support mind/body/spirit journeys through a trauma-informed approach. I share ancient and indigenous practices to honor our connection with our ancestors and somatic practices to create more resilient nervous systems.

My purpose is to inspire others to be brave, explore their truth, and express themselves authentically.
