Aviation Lates is back this January to take your Thursday nights to new heights!
Discover the award-winning Aviation Hall after-hours with guided tours of the hall and aircraft, set to the fresh and dulcet tracks of DJ collective Māori HiFi.
4pm to 6pm is whānau time. Enjoy storytelling with Rainbow Rascals, Manu Tukutuku kite making and screenings of our new immersive digital experience, Te Kōtiu, which tells the exciting story of aviation in Aotearoa with digital floor projections and audio.
From 6pm, grab a cocktail from the bar. It's a great chance to visit after work with mates, make it a date night or just take stroll and admire the ingenuity of aviation innovation. A selection of food and beverages will be available from 4pm to 8pm.
Our neighbours at Auckland Zoo will be open for Zoo Lates every Thursday too, so catch our heritage tram over the tracks and get discounted entry to Zoo Lates on the same night and enjoy a date with your favourite primate.
