One of the biggest surprises musically of last year was a little duo called Kit n Kaboodle.
I knew they would be good as I know Vics drumming however I was very surprised at how well just drums and piano fitted together with some great singing.
Vic is a very melodic drummer and the drums never dominate they are just there to add to the piano and what great piano playing it is.

Come and enjoy ,if you saw them last year bring some friends so they can enjoy as well..
Kit N kaboodle are made up of Vic Singe on Drums and Dave Mills on Keys.
Vic will be familiar to many of you as he has played for us a few times before with the Desotos and with the Rag Poets.

Dave is an Australian,we can forgive him for that as he did marry an Kiwi girl and now lives in Greytown.
They both have bags of experience playing many different styles of music, from jazz to pop to blues.
Kit n Kaboodle will show their versatility with a bit of Van Morrison, some Billy Joel and Elton John along with many other songs including a bit of blues.

They have a laid back style and some great vocal harmonies.
In the past they have played a few wineries, parties and bars but now they are making their return to the Bent Horseshoe at the Hokowhitu Bowling Club

This is how Vic styles it
An easy listening stripped back duo with a mix of genres. Pop Rock Country Blues Soul Jazz and a hint of Modern. Some big arrangements reduced through the Mill treatment, which makes the songs fun and interesting . No techo just percussion and piano perhaps a touch of madness, bells & whistles . Thats Kit N Kaboodle They love to play the music and enjoy themselves. FUN IS THE WORD
