Evening Entomology Excursion: A Bug Hunt!
What bugs hide in our bush? Come and help us find out.
Professional entomologists from Auckland Museum and Auckland University will help you identify as many insects as we can find at Matuku Link’s forest and wetland edge on this evening walk. We will be looking for caddisflies, crane flies, and freshwater insects, and we might find weta, stick insects, spiders, and glow worms!
