An exciting Chardonnay Technical Workshop where wines can be discussed in a casual setting. Participants are encouraged to submit interesting, experimental, and different wines for the group to taste and discuss. The event is limited to 70 people at a cost of $150pp which includes a benchmark flight of top Chardonnays to start the day. There will be a guest speaker as well as a morning tea and lunch provided at Toitoi's Shakespare room.
