Coping with uncertainty, anger, fear and grief – in a time of climate disaster?

Join us for an enlightening talk on Climate Anxiety, how to think about it, and how to turn it into action. This talk is for those suffering Climate Anxiety, those who know someone that is, and for those working in the environmental space who might be relating to a community of volunteers or stakeholders that could be dealing with, or prone to, Climate Anxiety.

Topics include:

-acknowledge the latest information from NIWA, MfE and the IPCC
-anxiety symptoms and models
-reframing and managing anxiety
-anxiety to action
