Have you always wanted to make your own bitters? Now is your chance to learn about all things bitter at beautiful Pequeno with Wild Dispensary.

In this workshop you will be guided through the process of making your own bitters using a range of plants, some sourced from Otago.
You will go home with:

- Your own bespoke bottle of bitters
- A booklet with ideas on how to use your bitters and recipes
- The knowledge on how to craft your own bitter creations and hopefully some great cocktail inspiration.
Ticket includes two bitters based cocktails, bitters making class & cocktail demonstration.
