The most sustainable piece of clothing is the one you already own (and that shows its wear proudly)!

Come and learn different techniques of visible mending with Cher from Island Waste Collective so you can keep wearing your favourite garment and save it from going to landfill.

What to bring: clothes to mend, assorted scraps of fabric, hand sewing needles, suggested threads: cotton, mending wool, sashiko/embroidery threads. Don’t worry, we will provide extra threads and fabrics if you don't have any in your craft stash.

Maximum number of participants: 12
To RSVP, please email Dorothy: dorothywaiheke@gmail.com
