EcoYoga - Ecofest

A beginner-friendly yoga class with an environmental twist!

Attendees will connect with their bodies through mindful breath and movement while taking a journey through the life cycle of a tree. This will be a Vinyasa-style yoga class, with modifications offered to make it accessible to all experience levels. EcoYoga is open to ages 12 and up; please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat.

There is no cost to attend this class; however, koha or donations are encouraged. All funds raised will be donated to Trees That Count to buy native trees for restoration projects.
