Step into a world of enchantment as Comet Collab proudly presents the second edition of Enchanted Garden in Māngere Bridge Village. On Saturday, May 4th, Naomi and Bill Kirk Park will be the canvas for a breathtaking display of 500 fluorescent flowers, set to illuminate the night sky for one unforgettable evening.

This time, we're thrilled to announce that in addition to our captivating light-art installation, we'll also be showcasing performances by talented local groups (stay tuned for announcements!).

As the sun sets, immerse yourself in the melodic tunes of handpans performed live by Alive Metal, adding an ethereal soundtrack to your journey through our mesmerizing garden. Wander through the vibrant hues of our unique blooms, each one a testament to the creativity and imagination.

"Inflorescence", our signature installation, returns to captivate audiences once again. Created from over 1,000 meticulously spliced plastic bottles, this collaborative artwork offers a striking juxtaposition of industrial and natural elements. Delve into the history of each plastic piece, pondering its past life and the impact it has on our environment.

Join us for a zero-waste event that's fun for all ages, proudly supported by the Māngere Bridge Village Business Association and the Māngere-Otahuhu local board. Enjoy delicious bites from food trucks, get your face painted, and embark on a scavenger hunt through the enchanted grounds. With wheelchair-friendly access, this is an experience the whole family can enjoy together.

Don't miss out on this magical evening of art, music, and community spirit. See you there!
