Hadlow to Harbour 2024 Community Fun Run & Walk

The popular Alpine Energy Hadlow-to-Harbour (H2H) fun run and walk is on Sunday 3rd of March 2024.
Alpine Energy H2H is an annual Timaru North Rotary organised, community based 10km fun walk/run starting at Hadlow and finishing at Caroline Bay.
There is also a shorter 3km event from the former Countdown supermarket site on Church Street.
H2H started in 1971 with the aim of providing a reason for exercising and fun social connections.
The H2H is for everyone in the South Canterbury region – the young and not so young, who participate at their own level whether this is a slow walk to a fast run.
H2H is more than a one-day event for Rotary as it involves months of pre-event organising and promotion. Along with a pre-event training programme that has become a family, workplace, school and club institution, H2H enhances positive social outcomes for all those that get involved.
Each year we get around 1,000 participants. In the spirit of the fun run, many participants come in fancy dress.
