Te Poari ā-Rohe o Whau / Whau Local Board want to hear from you!

From 28 February to 28 March, Aucklanders will have an opportunity to Have their Say on Auckland Council’s Long Term Plan 2024-2034 or 10-year budget. The Long-Term Plan sets out the council’s projects and budget for the next decade and will include funding for initiatives and local community services in the Whau Local Board area.

To support this kaupapa, Whau Local Board will be hosting a town hall/community hui where you will hear from elected members and subject matter experts on what we plan to focus on over the next 10 years. There will be an opportunity for you to ask pātai/questions, to share feedback about what is important to you, and to let us know what you think we should work on.

Bookings are not essential but recommended by emailing whaulocalboard@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz

From resilience to stormwater, and greenfield developments to critical infrastructure, our environment needs your vision and voice! So come along and engage with us in a two-way kōrero/ conversation.

Planning for the long term takes a group effort, so get involved and Have Your Say on our Long-Term Plan 2024-2034.
