This workshop will start with the basic Nadi Shodhana practice, and step you up to the next level in that practice then Francesca will guide you through a powerful yet little-known pranayama called Nawa Sankhya.

What is Pranayama?
Prana is the vital life force energy that flows through and around us, pranayama yoga can be translated at its simplest as restraint (yama) of the breath (prana) or more accurately as the expansion of life force Prana=life force ayama=expansion.

Basically, it is the science of breath control and the expansion of life force energy :)

A short meditation will follow the breathwork to allow you time to integrate your learnings and feel the beneficial effects of your practice, then you will be guided through a lovely relaxation so you can leave the workshop feeling energised, rejuvenated and deeply relaxed.

There really is no better way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday evening.

Your mind and body will thank you for it and you'll take home a practice that will help you regulate your breathing during stressful situations, lift your energy when feeling less than optimal and if practiced regularly improve your overall health and wellbeing. Priceless!
