Igniting Innovation Combat Robotics

As part of Youth Week 2024, the Igniting Innovation: Robot Supremacy event is set to highlight the collective spirit and innovative talents of Marlborough's youth. Aligning with the theme "We may not have it all together, but together we have it all" (Māwherangi a tama roto ka taka, kāpuia ake ka pūrangiaho), this event embodies the essence of collaboration, creativity, and community in the realm of technology and robotics. By inviting young participants to engage in combat robotics, we celebrate their contributions to a shared future of innovation and technology.

On May 24th we kick off with a Corporate Event, targeted at local businesses.
Followed by two groups of rangatahi, an under 16 and over 16 age group, both taking place on Saturday 26th.
Each event is a unique opportunity to showcase innovation, foster team-building, and engage with the local tech community.
This event will consist of 10 teams of four for each event. (40 participants total for each event)
