Intro to Pole Fitness - One of casual class.

Perfect for anyone considering starting Pole Fitness, but not sure if it would be right for them. This 60min class will give you a taste of what to expect if you were to sign up for the Level One course. We will learn basic spins on a static pole. Start working on how to sit and climb, other transactions and movements patterns.

What to wear: We recommend shorts and T-shirt. Leggings or Track pants are also fine but will be more challenging for some moves which require skin to grip to the pole.

Suitable for absolute beginners, no prior dance or fitness experience necessary.
You are welcome to join as many Intro to Pole Fitness classes as you like.

Pole Fitness is a challenging full-body workout, we encourage you to work at your own pace. No prior dance or gymnastic experience needed.

If you have any prior injuries we do recommend consulting your GP or Physio beforehand.

Cost: Single casual class $29 or class pack also available.
This class is included within the Mindbody Intro offer. If you are new client to High Above we recommend booking via Mindbody to redeem.
