Join us at Empire for our youth dance classes! Our classes are warm and welcoming to all levels, and designed to inspire a love of dance. Jazz Funk also called Street Jazz, is an expressive and innovative form of dance that combines hip hop grooves with jazz flair, femininity, and technique. Commercial dance is a fusion of jazz funk and hip and pop culture (music video styling). We fuse Jazs Funk and Commercial classes at ages 10-13 so studets get the best of both worlds gaining experiene of the entire jazz realm.In this class students learn upbeat and fast paced dances & combinations of expressive movement - and can sometimes have the more feminine elements of Commercial Dance & Hip Hop. Nicole will teach a new and inspiring dance each term with a performance outcome for your young dancer!
