A 1-day Leadership workshop from the Australasian Leadership Institute.

Overview:
Learn how to influence people regardless of your position. This workshop explores how to deal with challenges co-workers, clients, even Bosses and learn the art of how to turn “no” onto “yes”

An in-house version of this workshop is available so if you would like a Facilitator to come to your office please email Mark@ali.org.nz

Ideal participant:
This workshop is designed to help high performers who need to work alongside people who don’t report to them. E.g other departments, project teams, external stakeholders

Content:
- The different forms of influence
- Utilising social compliance
- Dealing with people who have a fixed mindset
- Challenging Bosses
- Updating your vocabulary

Post workshop:
Every participant will receive a follow-up coaching session in order to help apply the principles learnt at the workshop

What to expect:
Please note that numbers at this workshop will be limited to five people in order for each participant to have the opportunity to develop strategies to deal with any real-life work scenarios they are facing.

The workshop will be held outside of the CBD at an idyllic location in order provide a better leaning experience.

The Facilitator:
This workshop will be facilitated by Mark Wager who is widely regarded as one of the worlds top Leadership experts. Originally from the United Kingdom and now based in Auckland, New Zealand. During the last thirty years Mark has helped develop Leaders from some of the regions top organisations such as:

Amnesty International, Barnardos, The Blues, Heartland Bank, NZ Rugby League, NZ Soccer, NZ Netball, the Ministry of Primary Industries, NZ Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Oxfam, The Wellington Phoenix, Weta workshops and many more
