Meditation New Zealand invites you to join us for this inspirational non-profit Yoga Kirtan Retreat in the beautiful beachside township of Leigh over Kings Birthday weekend! Experience three days of Breath work, Mindfulness, Relaxation, Meditation practice, Yoga wisdom & Yoga asanas with friendly experienced Yoga teachers, and uplifting mellow and upbeat evening kirtans with The Mantra Band and friends, and much more.
Afternoons are free to enjoy bush walks and nature hikes, beach, picnics, surf etc.
Relax, rejuvenate and have fun! Bring friends / make friends, or just recharge yourself.

You can book online for the days you are attending or pay at the door. Please text to advise if you are coming for dinner (mobile number below). Koha/donations for this non profit event are very much appreciated.
Accommodation is not included in this ticket price. There are a range of local accommodation options available for those visiting the area, including camping and air bnb's.
All dinners & snacks provided at the retreat are vegetarian, plant based & egg-free (with vegan and GF options available whenever possible).
