An extension for those who have completed level 1 our Just Do You Workshop, we move into advanced empowerment exercises including sacred grief work, deepening intuitive responses and connection as well as strengthening communication with you guides and body for stronger self regulation and increased skills.

A workshop day of Intuition Extension, Healing & Self-Empowerment bringing out and strengthening all your gifts in an open and celebrating environment, introduced with my Just Do You short seminar and level 1 Just Do You recap.

A gentle but extremely effective day of further extension exercises, sharing of reaching into your gifts, includes recognising your individual styles and expanding these.

These tools support regulating your nervous system and moving out of brain chatter to authentic realisations.

Morning - Just Do You Seminar and Intuition Extension Workshops
- Only available if you have already attended a course with me before, this will recap how we set you up with boundaries, clarity on your own spirituality and exploring your gifts.
- For experienced, returning intuitives we will be working on intuition exercises and extending all of your gifts from Clairvoyance to Empath to Mediumship.
-Level 2 expands into deeper emotional responses and release including grief work and deep spiritual awareness of self, direction, communication and receiving.

Afternoon- Healing, Boundaries, Soul Energy and Intuition Expansion Workshops
- Working at healing energies throughout your gifts, your own innate healing energies and learning new and simplified modalities to use immediately.
- Extending these through Clairvoyance, Empath and Medium arenas including animal communication and connecting to family both present and passed.
-Level 2 expands into deeper emotional responses and release including grief work and deep spiritual awareness of self, direction, communication and receiving.

The format is easy, interactive and deeply effective for all levels.

I will combine meditation, spiritual conversation & effective intuition exercises & techniques in a relaxed, workshop style while I do attunements in the background with your guides. We will be leaning and practicing reframes and empowerment techniques throughout the day.

As well as messages during our day, we have the added benefit of being with a group of like-minded people. Conversation will be interesting and open, where we can be safe and respectful without boundaries on possibilities.

Bring your lunch to eat together. Water, tea & coffee will be provided.
If you like meditating on the ground (or grass weather permitting) please bring your own yoga mat/floor cushions.
