There will be 3 sessions available each day for 30 minutes. Times include 11 am, 12 pm & 1 pm.

We aim to inspire children to explore the kitchen and create delicious, nutritious meals. During the workshops, kids will have a blast making 6 bliss balls, a regular-sized smoothie bowl, and 8 pieces of vegetarian sushi. Which is enough for lunch or to take home.

Rest assured, all recipes are suitable for those who are gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free.

To secure your spot, be sure to book in advance. For a nominal fee of just $5, which will be donated to our chosen children's charity.
