Mana Wāhine is a thought-provoking multimedia exhibition exploring our connection to Papatuanuku and our stories of creation from the perspective of emerging Māori artists Savannah Kerekere and Michael-Lydia Winiana. We are self taught, independent artists excited to be presenting our very first duo exhibition and textured art workshop. Influenced by the waters in which we grew and the whenua from which we emerged, our artwork will celebrate the mana wāhine that have paved the way for us to stand strong in the present.

Our art workshop is open to creatives of all ages and skill levels. We will explore using a range of different textures on canvas while practicing mindfulness in a creative setting. Each participant will get to create their own unique artwork that can then be collected the following day once it's dry.
