No matter if you ARE a mom, bring a/your mom or simply enjoy some pampering and nourishment, please be invited to this special gathering. In our 4-hour mini (re)TREAT we'll move through gentle yin and yang yoga shapes, powerful heart-activating tools to fill and soothe your being as well as deeply nourishing group practices to connect inwards and outwards. ease yourself into a space of kindness, compassion and connection and honour this very potent time of self care.

Our mini retreat takes place at the wonderful Lotus Yoga Centre: the venue is modern, spacious and offers amazing views into the lush bush around and over the beautiful kapiti coast. the venue can easily be reached by car (plenty of parking on the grounds) and by train.

Spaces are limited, early bookings recommended, the majority of past relaxMi retreats have fully sold out.

Please Bring:
- A sealed water bottle or thermos
- Your yoga mat (and if you have your yoga block/s & eye pillow)
- Comfy clothes (perhaps warming socks for your relaxation)
- A blanket to cover yourself in savasana (the venue is fully insulated and heated so we'll be cozy)
- A pen (and optional your journal)
- Any other personal treasures (crystals and such) that would make your day extra special
- Refreshments will be provided in an afternoon tea break
