In this workshop, we will guide and support you in formulating your resolution aligned with your values, which will serve as a great source of motivation for you. You will be creating an action plan that links the long-term goal with the near-term achievable and realistic steps, starting with small changes to help build confidence. We will help you assess the barriers and make a plan to navigate them before they happen. You will also learn to be adaptive, having an easy grasp on your resolution.
