For 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Move, stretch, strengthen, relax, breathe. Come meet a community of mothers and make some new friends. Prepare for the birthing process by learning to tune into your inner resources. A Birth Prep class for partners will be offered every term.
Classes can be attended as dropin or registering for a whole term. Each term runs with school terms and will continue during breaks depending on numbers.
