Pyjamarama: Wild Night Out!

Get your PJs on and your torches and teddies out! School may be out, but the crazy characters at Tūhura Otago Museum are still in and waiting for you, so get ready to have a wild night exploring the Museum's galleries.

Uncover stories and juicy facts about some of the most interesting items in our collection. With surprises, challenges, games, crafts, and fun tucked around every corner, journey through our galleries like never before. Dress as one of Otago’s beloved wild animals or in your best pyjamas, and you might be selected as a prize winner!

Our shop will be open to buy gifts, and there'll be tasty treats for sale too.

Please note, this event is recommended for children aged 3 – 12. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Some offers are paid, so we recommend bringing cash with you.
