Refill Revolution - Ecofest

We all want to be able to refill our favourite products, but existing systems are not well known, and customers and stakeholders may not realise their full potential. Sometimes customers are ahead, but stockists do not have the knowledge or tools to provide them, and sometimes it's the stores that are paving the way, but the customer needs more guidance. One thing is clear: we need as many stakeholders as possible on board to accelerate action in this area.

We know we need both customer behaviour change and stockists doing more refills, but there are challenges on both ends. With so many forward-thinking startups and institutions now keen to make change, let's put our heads together to first understand the challenges and then see how we might create solutions.
