Join us for a cup of tea and a special talk by Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University PhD candidate Eva Forster-Garbutt about the changes in the interior layout and design of early Wellington homes, between 1840 and 1914.

Drawing on existing knowledge, early photographs, the work of heritage professionals, and her research on interior decorative linings, Eva highlights domestic changes in our local context.

The talk will be followed by a guided tour of Nairn Street Cottage.
