The Great Marlborough Backyard Cricket Championship

We are looking to provide Marlborough's good, great and mediocre backyard cricket enthusiasts a chance to let them show of their repoirtoire of skills that they have spent countless afternoons and weekends perfecting.

So grab your team of six and come down to the Queen Charlotte Tavern on the 23rd of March 2024 and send some balls skyward and some wickets tumbling.

The day will consist of round robin matches, starting from 10 am, with the top four teams then playing in two semi finals and the winning two teams facing off in the final, for bragging rights and an over sized trophy.
