About this weekend course
We are going to learn who Guru Sumati Buddha Heruka is and why he is so important for us, modern Kadampa practitioners, based on Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong’s teachings from Spring Festival, 2022.
We will be able to receive powerful blessings very quickly through visualising in front of us, Je Tsongkhapa with Buddha Shakyamuni at his heart and Heruka father and mother, at his heart.
This principal commitment being of the Field of Merit is called Guru Sumati Buddha Heruka.
There are two ways to practice the Guru Yoga of the Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land, according to Sutra, which is in our practice of Heart Jewel, and according to Highest Yoga Tantra, which is in the
sadhana, the Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land.
We will learn his mantra and how to practice Guru Yoga, according to the sadhana the Guru Yoga of the Hundred Deities of the Joyful Land.

Teaching 2: 11.30am – 1pm
Teaching 3: 2 – 3.30pm

Coffee, tea and snacks are provided. Please bring your own vegetarian lunch if you are staying for the whole day.
