The venue is modern, fully insulated, warm and offers amazing views into the lush bush around and over the beautiful kapiti coast. The centre can easily be reached by car (plenty of parking on the grounds) and by train.

- your vegetarian lunch (we have access to a big, modern kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave...)
- your yoga mat
- yoga block/s
- optional your journal (handouts and all other materials will be provided)
- optional an eye pillow
- snugly clothes to keep you comfy and warm
