Nau mai, haere mai.

Come for a guided walk and wetland care session at one of Glen Eden's hidden treasures, the Wirihana and Kowhai Reserve Wetland. Discover a gorgeous sliver of bush nestled between Glen Eden and Titirangi, an important habitat for kauri, kahikatea, swamp maire, and tī kouka, as well as native fish, bugs, and birds.

We'll explore what's wonderful about wetlands, talk about their biggest threats, and do a bit of weeding together to protect the native habitat here. Led by the Project Twin Streams Glen Eden team at EcoMatters, who have been collaborating with local kaitiaki to care for this spot for more than a decade.

Please wear sturdy shoes and bring your gloves.

Registration/Ticket Info:
Please email Alanah@ecomatters.org.nz or call 021 308 268 to register.
