Teaching of science-based techniques followed by self-DNA rewiring that is done by you the participant but is guided by the teacher - to create and live in your greatest reality now instead of later. 60 minute session followed by optional open discussion. You can come to as many sessions as you want continuously, every 10th session free. 1 hour: 15 minutes information/lecture, science made simple. 15 minutes of explaining and discussing amongst everyone what we will be doing to rewire your DNA to create the life you want to live. 15 minutes guided meditation / self-DNA-rewiring. This means that the teacher, Brina, will guide you to and through a place (frequency) that you yourself are working with to self-rewire your wiring in your body. To create your greatest life and get you living it now instead of later. 15 minutes coming back, integrating, completeing wiring.
