Gary Clark Jr Announces New Zealand Tour

Austin-based blues musician Gary Clark Jr. is heading to New Zealand for three concerts in March.

Described as "the past and future of blues", Clark combines his deep blues influence with hip-hop and contemporary soul music. His major label debut album Blak and Blu features the Grammy-award-winning track 'Please Come Home'. This was followed up by a live album, titled simply Gary Clark, Jr. Live, which was released in September of this year.

Clark was last in New Zealand touring in support of The Red Hot Chili Peppers, when he was later seen at the Powerstation, catching a set by Alabama Shakes.
