Pop-up Globe is delighted to partner with Ellerslie Event Centre for hospitality in the 2017 season.

A dedicated on-site bar is located in The Shakespeare Gardens and opens at 6pm offering pre-show food and beverage options.

Our hospitality packages are a great way to make your Pop-up Globe experience extra special.

If you're joining us for an evening performance, you and your friends can arrive early and enjoy a cocktail style dinner with canapes and drinks, or you can pre-order a picnic basket to enjoy on the lawns around the theatre. If you're joining us for an afternoon matinee, you can arrive early for afternoon tea before the performance.

Cocktail Experience

Enhance your Pop-up Globe experience by enjoying a cocktail party, complete with a selection of standard beverages and cocktail food.  The cocktail experience is open from 6pm - 7.15pm

Each ticket to the Cocktail Experience includes;

• Access to a private, cordoned off alfresco dining experience amidst the atmosphere of the Shakespeare Lawn

• Tray served bar service with a selection of standard beverages and cocktail food

• Selection of gourmet canapés

• The cocktail experience opens at 6.00pm and closes at 7.15pm to allow time to get into the Pop Up Globe for your performance

Afternoon Tea Hamper

Experience a delightful English afternoon tea in the hospitality zone before enjoying your Pop-up Globe experience.

Each Afternoon Tea Hamper includes:

A selection of finger sandwiches, Petit savouries, Scones with jam and cream, Petit fours

Picnic Basket  

Enjoy a gourmet picnic box including fine New Zealand cheese, antipasto options and sweet treats in the hospitality zone before your Pop-up Globe experience. Gluten free option available.

Each Picnic Box includes:

Continental meat selection – prosciutto, salami Milano, Spianata Piccanpe salami and pastrami, Gourmet olives, NZ Camembert cheese with Falwasser crackers* and grapes, Bruschette*, Basil Pesto, Tomato Chutney, Macarons

On the day options

If you fancy a nibble or want something more substantial, there are plenty of options in Shakespeare's Garden. Before every show, Collective Catering will provide restaurant quality snacks and meals available for purchase on arrival.
