Dunedin's International Ice Skating Arena, the Dunedin Ice Stadium, is the New Zealand premier ice sports complex.
With the 'Corinne Gilkison' ice skating rink, (a full size Olympic ice hockey arena) and the adjacent 'Caversham Foundation' four lane curling sheet, the complex is recognised as the best public ice skating facility in Australasia.
The 60x30 metre rink was opened in 2004, and the adjacent curling rink was completed in 2005 and officially opened for the public in 2006.
The Alexander McMillan stand has seating for 1500 people while the rinkside stand will accommodate 350 spectators.
