Owner Peter Foo’s is an inside version of what would be an open-air food market overseas, with all the same exciting flair and spice as its Asian inspiration. Just as the hawker centre stalls do, the chefs at Malaysia Delights formulate their own recipes for sambal chilli paste, curry paste and satay sauce."
