THE WHOLE BODY RETREAT

‘It was when I stopped searching for home within others and lifted the foundations of home within myself I found there were no roots more intimate than those between a mind and body that have decided to be whole.’ - Rupi Kaur.

This Easter is an opportunity to prioritise deepening and strengthening your relationship with your body. To come home to the skin that your in.

The retreat will be held across five days at Waihoanga retreat center, a beautiful, quiet, nature oasis in Otaki right by the river. These 5 days will consist of yoga (Vinyasa & Yin), meditation, self inquiry, experiential anatomy exploration, group work, laughter, and play! You don’t need to have any experience to participate, beginners are welcome.

This is a retreat for those who identify as women or outside of the gender binary, as it’s often these groups who understand the common experience of feeling unsafe, sexualised, judged and critiqued in their bodies.

The retreat is designed & hosted by Rosie Sievers, an experienced yoga teacher, group facilitator, and a craniosacral therapist. Rosie will support you to turn your awareness towards the many beautiful mysteries that exist within your body and to connect with others in the process.

Dates: Thursday 6th - Monday 10th April
Tickets include 4 nights shared accommodation in Waihoanga beautiful lodge* & fresh healthy meals for the 4 nights & 5 days.
Ticket numbers are limited.

Private accomodation options available at extra cost - these options are very limited so please enquire early.
