We are creatures of habit. We know that when we first take up an activity it’s always hard even if we enjoy it or understand its benefits. This initial uphill can often feel insurmountable, but we know that the more we become familiar with something and the more we integrate it into our daily life, the easier it becomes to continually make progress.

Lay the foundation for the habit of meditating with two days of four guided meditation sessions each day.
