Adult Ballet Classes - Work On Your Elegance

My ballet classes for adults are on two levels.

From 6-7pm is a beginners class, for those with little or no experience in ballet training. I will accept enrolments from age level from 17 years old to 65 years old. This class gives an introduction to the art of ballet - the technique, the history, the music.

My approach is light-hearted and the student will gain a good understanding of how to stand properly /good posture, the terms used in ballet (French) the placing of the arms (ports de bras) and of course the 'leg art' of ballet.

The 2nd class from 7-8pm is a class designed for people who have had at least 6 years of ballet training in their past. Its fine if you haven't done any ballet for many years - I welcome you to come back and re-discover this art form and the enjoyment of the elegance and musicality of this beautiful movement form.

The studios at Tapac are clean and bright and there is very easy free parking just outside.
The price of $180 is for the 10 week term ($18 per class) or $20 casual (one class).
