Auckland Anniversary Retreat

Jock of @YogAscend will be co-hosting a retreat with Kanuka Yoga from January 26 - 28 at Lake Tarawera.

We're stoked to offer an incredible agenda, gorgeous accommodation (indoor and outdoor), and feel good vibes for those interested in yoga or a long weekend at the lake.

What to expect? Digital detox, catered lunch and dinners by onsite food truck, hikes, swimming, yoga, meditation, live music, creating connections, acro yoga, cocktail/kombucha dance party at nightfall, guided discussions about goals and aspirations, plenty of downtime to relax and unwind, plus some surprise treats!

All activities are optional, so you'll have plenty of time and space to yourselves if you need it.
