Nothing better than starting this new year with good and solid foundations.
During these 2 hours we will explore some essentials yoga ‘tools’ to enhance your practice such as…:
- Breathing technique (Ujjayi)
- Visual element of focus (Drishti)
- Internal muscular-physical ‘locks’ (Bandhas)
…and spend some time learning how to break down and explore some:
- Basic alignment principals through poses
- Basic modifications to suit your bodies needs and requirements
This workshop will help reduce your risk of injuries and strengthen your practice.
It’s for anyone and all skill levels. It will helps you get started with or improve your yoga practice.
Regular student who wants to learn more about the poses? A never done yoga and nervous about the pose? Show up and walk away with a stronger foundation and a larger base of knowledge on the yoga practice.
