Building a New Life After Separation

Surviving separation after a relationship can bring a range of emotions such as loss, anger, confusion and an invitation towards building a new life.

Over the course of 1 day the group will be a learning environment where participants can learn from each other and there will be practical skills on ways to rebuild your life. Part of rebuilding your life can include reclaiming your identity and/or exploring a new sense of self.

There is an opportunity to continue meeting after the workshop if the will/women of the group choose so. This will run as a meet up group facilitated by Danielle, there will be a cost associated separate to the cost of the workshop, more details will be available closer to the start date.
