Art journaling provides an opportunity to create a record of your stories, life experiences, feelings and pearls of wisdom for yourself or family.
Art journaling feeds the soul; providing a creative outlet that uplifts, inspires and fuels you, and helps to improve resilience, coping and wellbeing.
The workshop aims to provide a safe, non-judgemental place to speak your truth. Draw or write about your joy, frustrations and dreams as a way of processing what’s happening for you in a way that enhances your emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing.
The workshop is free for clients of the Cancer Society. Support persons welcome with koha.
The workshop is delivered by Michelle Woolley and supportive care nurse Tammy Burgess.
Transport to the venue may be available, so let us know if you require transport when you register.
A shared lunch will follow. Please bring a plate.
